Day to day I have many things that fuel me both body and mind.
They present themselves in many forms, sometimes it’s blatant and in the moment while other days one needs time to reflect and process.
The one component of my “fuel” is cooking. Meal prepping is part of my weekly routine and frankly I feel like I missed something on the to-do list on the odd occasion when I’m unable to.
Experimenting with different foods and flavors or just following a recipe is exciting and it’s a very calming therapy session for me. I tap into a different type of creativity when in the kitchen.
