PRODUCT SHARE & REVIEW: MY WELLNESS FROM THE INSIDE OUT!

Do you have a few items in your purse, pantry, or bathroom that you just can’t do without?  Do you outgrow or add new items to your line up from time to time?

Yes, yes, and yes for me.  We change, we grow, and we evolve continuously so from routines to food to everyday products – our appetites for them and the need for them are bound to change in most cases.  I’m a creature of habit and a loyal one at that so if you got me on to something or I find something that works for me, I’m in it for the long haul.

Six months-ish ago I shared little product review and you can check it out here.  Looking back, I still haven’t traded or outgrown any of them so that’s on brand for me for sure – #loyal 😊!  That said, six months have passed and between my ongoing hormone changes and fluctuations, fitness & wellness levels, and mental health state I have grown and evolved.  Yup, I’ve added a few more staples.  Listen, if your (a.k.a. my) daily mantra has evolved from “beast mode 24/7” to “my inner world creates my outer world”, that’s a big, holistic change that pertains to happiness, wellness, and health.

With that I have a few more favs I’d like to share with you – I’m bringing one item from my last review over here because it’s just THAT amazing!  All the other items made the list because they work.  Period!

Brand:  HERBALIFE / Product:  Various

Growing up in Cape Town, South Africa I feel like we all knew this brand.  You had an aunty or family member/friend either using it or selling it.  Until a year ago I thought a) it was a South African product exclusively and b) a weight loss brand only BUT my old high school pal and now wellness coach has set me straight.  They’ve evolved into a well-rounded health, fitness &wellness brand with a wide range of product offerings and available worldwide.

My Favs:  My morning cocktail of their protein drink mix, meal replacement formula along with my favourite add-ins of fruit, cocoa power or even peanut butter in a shake or smoothie bowl – nothing compares.  I’ve tried some other products, some of which I take consistently but increasing my protein and fiber combo has done wonders for my gut.  It’s true what they say – it all starts in the gut – ok, maybe I said that 😉.

Brand:  MONAT / Product:  Rejuveniqe™ Oil

This one I brought over from my last review.  Referred to as “the holy grail” of oils by industry experts and with 2.3 bottles are sold every minute they are 100% correct.  This was my first Monat purchase almost 2 years ago and I’ve never looked back and with over 100 uses it’s a staple in my home as well as in my purse!  From weekly oil treatments for my both my daughter and I to use on face, added to moisturizer, dry cuticles, sunburn and (I’m not supposed to say this, but I am) my psoriasis has not flared up in about 8 months.  **Not claiming it healed but it helped.
